Your adventure will start and end at Kasane, Botswana, on the banks of the Chobe River. A typical day on board a luxury houseboat will start with a leisurely breakfast on the upper deck before morning activities such as water based safaris, village tours, bird watching, fishing or just relaxing on board. Lunch is usually served buffet style as the houseboat makes it way along the banks of the Chobe River. The afternoon is spent on activities such as water based safaris by tender boat which allows a close up view of an array of wildlife, and in particular, the estimated 200 000 elephant that call the Chobe Game Reserve home. A delightful three course dinner in served in the dining room after which you retire to your comfortable cabin to the distant night sounds of Africa.
